Before acquiring Pinnacle Power Sales, Matt served in corporate Sales Director and Vice President of Marketing roles with nationally recognized organizations, where he consistently delivered measurable growth and operational success.

Armed with an MBA and recognized as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Matt applies disciplined business practices and operational excellence to every facet of Pinnacle’s operations ranging from manufacturer partnerships to national account development.
As of 2025, Matt is a Principal Owner and Managing Partner of Pinnacle Power Sales, leading the firm’s long-term strategy, financial performance, and overall business development initiatives. His leadership continues to strengthen Pinnacle’s position as a trusted representative of leading engineered electrical equipment manufacturers.

Jason Authement is a Principal Owner and Electrical Engineer at Pinnacle Power Sales, responsible for ensuring technical precision and customer satisfaction across every project the company supports. With extensive experience spanning sales, engineering, and operations, Jason has held leadership roles including Vice President of Sales and Regional Manager for nationally recognized electrical service providers.

As of 2025, Jason is a Principal Owner of Pinnacle Power Sales, focusing on post-sales engagement, financial oversight, and customer service excellence. His hands-on approach ensures that every client receives not only exceptional products but also responsive technical support and value-driven solutions long after installation.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys fishing and spending time outdoors with his wife and children, living the same balance of family and commitment that he brings to his professional life.

Josh Norton is the Founder and Chairman of Pinnacle Power Sales. After establishing the company and guiding its growth for almost a decade, Josh transitioned ownership in 2025 to current principals Matt Robillard and Jason Authement, continuing to serve in an advisory and strategic role.

Under Josh’s leadership, Pinnacle built its reputation for technical expertise, integrity, and customer-first service; values that remain core to the company today. As Chairman and Advisor, Josh continues to provide mentorship, insight, and strategic support to ensure the firm’s ongoing success and long-term vision.

Outside of his professional role, Josh enjoys time with family, supporting community initiatives, and sharing his extensive experience with the next generation of leaders in the electrical industry.

Kris Fregia is a relentless business development professional with over 11 years of experience, currently excelling at Pinnacle Power Sales. A US Army Veteran who served in the 10th Mountain Division, Kris leverages his military background to drive growth and build strong relationships. At Pinnacle Power Sales, he has facilitated remarkable growth in Texas and Southwest Louisiana, extending the company's reach to a national level. Kris brings extensive expertise in project management and quality assurance, having played pivotal roles in building and auditing ISO 9001 systems at Dupont Building, Inc. He is an active member of the IEEE Houston Chapter and has a proven track record of delivering substantial results in national sales management. Outside of work, Kris enjoys mentoring local youth, hunting, and supporting his niece Kaylin in her travel softball pursuits. Kris's dedication to excellence and continuous improvement makes him an invaluable asset to any organization.

Luis Hernandez brings a strong foundation in engineering and a passion for problem-solving to his role as Account Manager at Pinnacle Power Sales. With a background in Reliability and Maintenance Engineering across multiple plant facilities in South Louisiana, Luis combines technical expertise with clear communication and a solutions-oriented mindset to support clients’ electrical infrastructure needs. A graduate of Louisiana State University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, he is focused on delivering strategic, long-term value to customers and building lasting relationships. Outside of work, Luis enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf. George Mayo, based in Conway, Arkansas, is a seasoned executive in the energy industry and currently serves as Business Development Advisor at Pinnacle Power Sales. George brings over 30 years of experience in electrical distribution and power system solutions. He is widely respected for his technical insight, customer-first approach, and long-standing leadership across the Mid-South industrial and utility sectors.

Brandi Cormier, Inside Sales Manager at Pinnacle Power Sales, brings two decades of hands-on electrical distribution experience to her role. With a diverse background ranging from inspector to manager, Brandi's journey underscores her unwavering dedication to customer service excellence and retention.
