  • Josh Norton

    Owner

    Josh Norton, Founder and owner of Pinnacle Power Sales, brings over two decades of invaluable experience in the electrical industry. A proud engineer and Ramblin’ Wreck from Georgia Tech, Josh honed his skills and knowledge while working for several prominent electrical OEMs before venturing into entrepreneurship. In 2017, he established Pinnacle Power Sales, driven by a vision to offer unparalleled solutions and services to clients.  

    Beyond the boardroom, Josh's passions extend to the thrill of college sports and the freedom of flight. As a licensed private pilot, he finds solace and excitement in the world of aviation, embodying a spirit of exploration and innovation that resonates throughout his professional endeavors.

  • Matt Robillard

    VP of Sales

    Matt Robillard is a driving force behind business development at Pinnacle Power Sales, where his extensive capability and expertise have propelled the company to new heights. Armed with an MBA and recognized as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Matt combines strategic leadership with a passion for fostering strong client relationships across expansive territories. 

    Beyond his professional achievements, Matt finds fulfillment as a loving husband and dedicated father. His family values of empathy and support resonate in his approach to both personal and professional interactions.

  • Kris Fregia

    VP of Business Development

    Kris Fregia is a relentless business development professional with over 11 years of experience, currently excelling at Pinnacle Power Sales. A US Army Veteran who served in the 10th Mountain Division, Kris leverages his military background to drive growth and build strong relationships. At Pinnacle Power Sales, he has facilitated remarkable growth in Texas and Southwest Louisiana, extending the company's reach to a national level. Kris brings extensive expertise in project management and quality assurance, having played pivotal roles in building and auditing ISO 9001 systems at Dupont Building, Inc. He is an active member of the IEEE Houston Chapter and has a proven track record of delivering substantial results in national sales management. Outside of work, Kris enjoys mentoring local youth, hunting, and supporting his niece Kaylin in her travel softball pursuits. Kris's dedication to excellence and continuous improvement makes him an invaluable asset to any organization.

    Application Engineer

    Jason Authement is an Application Engineer at Pinnacle Power Sales, focusing on customers along the Gulf Coast. With extensive experience in the industry, Jason has previously served as VP of Sales for a motor repair facility and as Operations Manager for a nationwide electrical field service organization. In his free time, he enjoys fishing with his wife and kids or staying active.

Outside of work, Stephen values family time, hunting, coaching, and supporting his kids' sports activities. He is passionate about customer service and building genuine, solutions-focused relationships, always striving to contribute to the success of both his clients and his team.
