Matt Robillard is the driving force behind business growth and strategic leadership at Pinnacle Power Sales. With over two decades of experience in growing sales, expanding offerings, deepening relationships, and developing talent, Matt combines technical understanding with entrepreneurial vision to guide the company’s continued expansion across multiple territories.

Before acquiring Pinnacle Power Sales, Matt served in corporate Sales Director and Vice President of Marketing roles with nationally recognized organizations, where he consistently delivered measurable growth and operational success.

Armed with an MBA and recognized as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Matt applies disciplined business practices and operational excellence to every facet of Pinnacle’s operations ranging from manufacturer partnerships to national account development.
As of 2025, Matt is a Principal Owner and Managing Partner of Pinnacle Power Sales, leading the firm’s long-term strategy, financial performance, and overall business development initiatives. His leadership continues to strengthen Pinnacle’s position as a trusted representative of leading engineered electrical equipment manufacturers.

Beyond the office, Matt finds fulfillment as a devoted husband and father. His strong family values and servant-leadership mindset shape the way he connects with employees, partners, and customers alike.

Jason Authement is a Principal Owner and Electrical Engineer at Pinnacle Power Sales, responsible for ensuring technical precision and customer satisfaction across every project the company supports. With extensive experience spanning sales, engineering, and operations, Jason has held leadership roles including Vice President of Sales and Regional Manager for nationally recognized electrical service providers.

As of 2025, Jason is a Principal Owner of Pinnacle Power Sales, focusing on post-sales engagement, financial oversight, and customer service excellence. His hands-on approach ensures that every client receives not only exceptional products but also responsive technical support and value-driven solutions long after installation.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys fishing and spending time outdoors with his wife and children, living the same balance of family and commitment that he brings to his professional life.

Kris Fregia is a relentless business development professional with over 11 years of experience, currently excelling at Pinnacle Power Sales. A US Army Veteran who served in the 10th Mountain Division, Kris leverages his military background to drive growth and build strong relationships. At Pinnacle Power Sales, he has facilitated remarkable growth in Texas and Southwest Louisiana, extending the company's reach to a national level. Kris brings extensive expertise in project management and quality assurance, having played pivotal roles in building and auditing ISO 9001 systems at Dupont Building, Inc. He is an active member of the IEEE Houston Chapter and has a proven track record of delivering substantial results in national sales management. Outside of work, Kris enjoys mentoring local youth, hunting, and supporting his niece Kaylin in her travel softball pursuits. Kris's dedication to excellence and continuous improvement makes him an invaluable asset to any organization.

Curtis Plumb, Business Development Consultant at Pinnacle Power Sales, brings a strong engineering foundation and hands-on industry experience to expanding new markets and territories. With a background in electrical and mechanical engineering and years spent supporting coal mining, power generation, and municipal public works, Curtis applies a practical, consultative approach to solving complex operational challenges. Luis Hernandez brings a strong foundation in engineering and a passion for problem-solving to his role as Account Manager at Pinnacle Power Sales. With a background in Reliability and Maintenance Engineering across multiple plant facilities in South Louisiana, Luis combines technical expertise with clear communication and a solutions-oriented mindset to support clients’ electrical infrastructure needs. A graduate of Louisiana State University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, he is focused on delivering strategic, long-term value to customers and building lasting relationships. Outside of work, Luis enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf. Cade Kyzar, Electrical Engineer at Pinnacle Power Sales, brings a strong technical foundation and customer-focused mindset to supporting Pinnacle’s engineering initiatives, new projects, and future customer opportunities. A 2026 graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Cade previously worked as an electrical engineer with Oil States and brings experience building long-term customer relationships. In his role at Pinnacle, he supports equipment application and selection, technical documentation, project execution, manufacturer and customer coordination, and technical support for the sales team. Outside of work, Cade enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as fishing and duck hunting. A former fishing and hunting guide throughout high school and college, Cade brings the same determination, discipline, and willingness to learn to his professional career. Logan West, Project Manager at Pinnacle Power Sales, brings a strong engineering foundation and nearly four years of project management experience to supporting customers throughout the project lifecycle. A graduate of LSU with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, Logan has primarily focused on DCS hardware and software automation projects, developing a strong ability to manage schedules, documentation, project performance, and customer communication. Her organized, detail-oriented approach allows her to serve as a reliable resource for customers and help ensure projects are executed successfully from initiation through completion. A Louisiana native and 2010 LSU graduate with a Bachelor of Science, Rebecca is also a registered dietitian, bringing a personable, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused approach to her role. 
At Pinnacle Power Sales, Rebecca focuses on maximizing internal efficiency, coordinating services and communication, and managing special projects for the team. Her ability to build strong relationships and coordinate across teams helps ensure that staff and clients feel supported, valued, and prioritized.

Josh Norton is the Founder and Chairman of Pinnacle Power Sales. After establishing the company and guiding its growth for almost a decade, Josh transitioned ownership in 2025 to current principals Matt Robillard and Jason Authement, continuing to serve in an advisory and strategic role.

Under Josh’s leadership, Pinnacle built its reputation for technical expertise, integrity, and customer-first service; values that remain core to the company today. As Chairman and Advisor, Josh continues to provide mentorship, insight, and strategic support to ensure the firm’s ongoing success and long-term vision.

Outside of his professional role, Josh enjoys time with family, supporting community initiatives, and sharing his extensive experience with the next generation of leaders in the electrical industry.

David serves as a Senior Technical Advisor with Pinnacle Power Sales, bringing more than three decades of experience in the energy industry. Throughout his distinguished career with Shell USA, David worked across the entire integrated energy value chain including Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream operations, holding leadership roles in engineering, operations, HSSE, project management, offshore construction, strategic planning, and commercial development.

Following his retirement from Shell, David continued to contribute his expertise in a leadership capacity as Interim Science Director for the Pontchartrain Conservancy, a respected nonprofit organization focused on protecting and restoring the Pontchartrain Basin. In that role, he led a team of scientists addressing critical water quality and coastal resilience challenges across the basin’s sixteen Louisiana parishes.

David holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University and an MBA from Tulane University. His deep technical expertise, leadership experience, and broad industry perspective provide invaluable insight to Pinnacle Power Sales and its clients.
